Overall a great Plate carrier vest. Solid construction with strong stitchings where required. Looks great when put on and can nicely fit a small framed body I.e. 28" to 30" waist. For the price you pay you should not expect anymore. I am happy with mine although the right elastic strap on the shoulder has torn off from the stichings slightly. May be factory defect but can't help that when I live 1000s of mile away from vendor. All other products are perfect condition so it also depends on luck I guess.
