these knee pads were great while they lasted. when i got them they were pretty nice but when i tried them on they were a bit tight and kinda painfull but that might just be me because i kinda have big knees they lasted 3 games (full weekend operations)before they fell apart but they were under A LOT stress so if you want some basic cheap knee pad and elbow pads you should get these
