I recently bought six of these for use with actual PRC 25/75 shells which use motorola base GMRS radios. They were packaged nicely and shipped immediately. They literally plug right into the radios and work flawlessly. They add so much to the ambiance of any mil sim event and I heartily recommend them. If you are operating in damp conditions you probably should wrap them in the pastic the handsets come with but in fact this is authentic as the actual handsets were very sensitive to moisture. These appear to be even less so. Great item and extremely worthwhile. I will be buying more.
