The look, amazing, the crosshair, amazing, and the fact that it came be illuminated is great. It can easily be zeroed to where you'd like as well.

Pros:
Construction is awesome. It looks sweet.
Good crosshair, easily zeroed in, and it's illuminated

The only con:
Eye relief isn't great, you have to get pretty close to look down it, and the 4x zoom can be a little too much for airsoft sometimes.
